It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Bailey (Spurgeon, Indiana), who passed away on November 8, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Winland and Geneva Winland; her husband James Bailey; her children, Ed Bailey and Patricia McCrary; and her siblings, Dewayne Winland, Jack Winland, Jimmy Winland, Jean Ferguson and Janie McGregor.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Bailey (Nancy), Frank Bailey (Glenda), Mark Bailey (Jo Ellen), Dixie Aldridge, Connie Walker, Jenny Peifer (Jim) and Katrina Bailey; and her sisters, Judy Henning and Janice Copeland. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren & great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions are preferred to Spurgeon United Methodist Church.
