He is survived by: his mother Martha Phillips; his wife Shannon Marie Jerrells; his children, Jamie Isaacs (Gary) of Springville, Holly Ward of Richlands, VA and Seth Phillips (Sarah) of Richlands, VA; his grandchildren, Cayden Isaacs of Springville, Tré Isaacs (Olivia) of Springville, Jadyn Isaacs of Springville, Ethan Isaacs of Springville, Blaine Isaacs of Springville, Levi Ward (Adrienne) of Dayton, OH, Gavin Ward of Richlands, VA, Whitney Hackworth (John) of Richlands, VA, Taylor Phillips of Richlands, VA, Madison Phillips of Richlands, VA and Grant Phillips of Richlands, VA; his great grandchildren, Brynlee, Preslee and Oakley Hackworth; his sisters, Vicki Wagoner (Larry), Sherry Adams (Rick) and Linda Ray; his mother-in-law Jean Earhart (Sandy); and his siblings-in-law, Mary Jerrells, Paula Cotner (John) and Joby Jerrells. He is also survived by his family, including many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
