He is survived by: his wife Diana Sue Stewart of Oolitic; his daughters, Laura Kattau (Rick) of Springville, Mary Ann Wade of Mitchell and Sarah Hawkins (Matt) of Bedford; his grandchildren, Rick Kattau (McKayla) of Springville, Diana Yochim (Zach) of Fort Bragg, NC, Katelyn Wade of Tempe, AZ, Jessi Wade of Bloomington, Hannah Hawkins of Bedford and Amelia Savage of Bedford; his great grandchild Liam Yochim of Fort Bragg, NC; and his sisters, Delores Phillips (Homer), Mary Phillips (Bob) and Donna Elayne Kimmel (Steve) of Springville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
