He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Chase (Coggeshall); his child Lauren Hubbard (Chase); his close friend Justin Fox (Dominick Chase); his former wife Josie Chase; and his grandchildren, Asa Hubbard, Burr Hubbard, Poppy Chase, Petra Hubbard, Mina Chase and Odin Hubbard. He is also survived by his wife, his children, grandchildren, fraternity brothers, rugby brothers, and his lifelong friends.
