She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Payton and Ruby Payton (Martin); her former husbands, Kenneth Ramsey and Elmer Strunk; her husband Wendell West of Springville; and her grandsons, Joshua and Matt.
She is survived by: her children, David Wayne Ramsey (Debby) of Bedford and Joy Easton (Kevin) of Oolitic; her stepsons, Dennis West (Christie) of Springville and Bradley Gene West (Jen) of Springville; her granddaughter Amy Ramsey; her stepgrandchildren, Steven West, Levi West, Cheyenne West and Bailey West; and her siblings, Roger Payton (Kay) of Brownstown and Priscilla Smoot (Dennis) of Bedford. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
