He is survived by: his mother Janet Baker (Martindale) of Springville; his daughters, Stacey Baker (Dakota Houshour) of Bedford, Brittany Baker of Bloomington and Brandy Baker of Bloomington; and his siblings, Lesa Sanders (Dan) of Solsberry, Bobbie Chambers (David) of Springville and Larry Baker (Laura) of Mitchell. He is also survived by six grandchildren, his companion.
