He is survived by: his mother Lois Baily Bingham; his wife Cindy; his stepfather Toad; his brothers, Dan and Tom; his children, John Robert, Brian Marshall, Nicole Ryan, Travis Baker, Stacy Jackson and Stephanie Baker; and his grandchildren, Chelsea, Brownen, Belladonna, Hanna, Gavin, Reghan, Brandon, Chris, Kaylie, Dalton and Sophia. He is also survived by Eight Great Grandchildren.
