He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Wayne and Esther Mae Lewis (Cobb). He is survived by: his wife Donna Kay Lewis of Springville; his sons, Jim Lewis (Debbie) of Avoca and Mike Lewis of Oolitic; his grandchildren, Sarah Folmer (William) of Oolitic, Tyler Wayne Lewis (Kayla) of Oolitic, Allen Lewis of Avoca, Kaleigh Lewis of Oolitic and Owen Lewis of Oolitic; his great grandchildren, Jamey, Molly Folmer, Evan and Reed Lewis; and his cousins, Jack Cobb, Sherry Griffin, Sheila Gilbert and Susan Tirey.
The family asks that friends consider memorial contributions to Oolitic Baptist Church.
