Jay D. Combs Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jay D. Combs of Springville, Indiana, who passed away on November 16, 2020 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Combs and Patti Combs Mapes (Crawford); his stepfather William Mapes (Bill); and his stepdaughter Dusti Neff. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Lintz; his stepson Mark Kessner; his siblings, Jamie Combs-Sorrells (Andy) of Bedford Diana and Scott Mapes (Mary) of Orleans; his grandchildren, Destini, Brianna, Hunter, Dalton and Addy; and his mother-in-law Edith Sinders. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the White River Humane Society.
