She is survived by: her husband Wendell Floyd Phillips of Springville; her stepchildren, Kay Churchman (Jim) of Pekin, Kathy Phillips of Bedford, Kenny Phillips of Bedford and Doug Phillips (Lori) of Grantsburg; her brother John Slaughter of Mitchell; her nieces and nephews, John Edward-Dale Slaughter, Timothy Atkins, Teddy Atkins, Jennifer King Kennedy and Roxie Lynn Barnes; her goddaughter Rebekah Brain (Dustin) of Springville; her stepdaughter-in-law Marilyn Phillips of Springville; and her sister Joyce Slaughter. She is also survived by several step grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
