She is survived by: her sons, Steve Ford (Laura) of Bedford and Randy Ford of Springville; her grandchildren, Stephanie Ford (Robert), Jessica Hardwick (Dusty), Jeanetta Ford-Rummell (Stuart), Josh Smith-Ford (Shanea), Randi Kinser (Sheldon), J. T. Ford (Lacey), Emily Carter (Jeremy) and Alan Shaw (Trinity); and her siblings, Dixie Smith of Kentucky, Vickie Marple of Kentucky, Mona Smith of Kentucky, Lena England of Bloomfield, Marlene Raines of Tennessee, Frank Ford and Eddie Miller of Springville. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
