She is survived by: her sons, Jim Lewis (Debbie) of Avoca and Mike Lewis of Oolitic; her grandchildren, Sarah Folmer (William) of Oolitic, Tyler Wayne Lewis (Kayla) of Oolitic, Allen Lewis of Avoca, Kaleigh Lewis of Oolitic and Owen Lewis of Oolitic; her great grandchildren, Jamey, Molly, Lilly Folmer, Evan and Reed Lewis; and her siblings, Willis Horn (Rhelda) of Brownsburg and Lana Buskirk (Bill) of Solsberry. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
