It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Ann Duzan of Springville, Indiana, born in New York, New York, who passed away on September 3, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ron Duzan; her son Matthew Flanders; her grandson John Crail; her brother Dennis Flanders; her brother-in-law Steve Duzan; and her parents-in-law, Hobart and Mary Duzan.

She is survived by: her children, Michelle Crail (Mark), Melissa Rockwood (Josh), Pam Anderson (Bruce) and David Duzan; her brother Doug Flanders; and her siblings-in-law, Linda Duzan and Robert Duzan. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Funeral Chapel to help with funeral expenses.
