He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Waggoner and Flossie Waggoner (Rush); his spouse Shirley Parker; and his grandchildren, Byron Waggoner, Evett Waggoner, Andrew Waggoner, Aaron Waggoner, Tevin Payton, Shelby England, Kali Payton, Randa Payton and Gracie Waggoner.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Waggoner (Shawn), Carla Payton and Chris Waggoner (Jami). He is also survived by several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; two brothers.
