He is survived by: his wife Loretta Lee Turner of Springville; his children, Cheryl Renae Fields-Wease (Jerry) of Springville and Bradley Scott Fields (Sharon) of Springville; his grandchildren, Joshua Paul Fields-Wells, Bethany Ann Wells, Kelsie Rae Buhr (Joshua), Kaelie Renae Dobson (Steve) and Victor Allen Fields; his great grandchildren, Taydin Fields-Wells, Tayleon Fields-Wells, Keagan Buhr, Ryder Buhr, Abra Dobson and Hadlee Dobson; and his pet Emily.
