He was predeceased by: his father William W. Sr. Thrall. He is survived by: his wife Rosella Thrall; his children, Willa Marshall (Dave), Bill Thrall and Rick Thrall (Rene Raines); his grandchildren, Heather Baker (Dan), Jennifer Mann (Joe), Krysten Halcomb (Luke), Jason Marshall (Abby) and Tracy Raines (Amber); and his great grandchildren, Bryant, Charleigh, Evelyn, David, Tommy, Kennedy and Peyton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
