She was predeceased by: her parents, Dan Smith and Della Smith (Hinkle); her significant other Bert Huston; her son-in-law Rick Collins; and her siblings, Sammy Smith, Delora Dugger, Carl Smith, Hazel Weaver, Ethel Proffitt, Arnold Smith, Juanita House and Henry Lee Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Ervin (Larry), Connie Collins, Ronnie Huston (Pennie) and Johnny Huston (Kimberly); her grandchildren, Missy Laker (Mike), Rachelle Winter (Jim), Amanda Slattery (Bill), Jeremy Huston, Tabitha Cooley (Bob), Joshua Collins, Nick Huston (Haley) and Nathan Huston; and her sisters, Eula Arthur of London, KY and Pearl Clontz of London, KY. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
