She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Davis and Pervia Davis (Zimmerman); her husband James Lewis Lacy; and her siblings, Philip Davis, Carolyn Adams and Francis Marlene Edington.

She is survived by: her children, Rick Lacy (Pam) of Indianapolis, Anne DeMore (Frank) of Indianapolis and Stephen Lacy (Jamilee) of Providence, RI; her grandchildren, Olivia Morris (Alex) of Anderson, Evan Lacy of Indianapolis and Elizabeth DeMore of Indianapolis; and her sister Barbara Smith of Franklin. She is also survived by 20 nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid-19 and the governor's mandate, face coverings and social distancing will be requirements for attending.
