He was predeceased by: his parents, Noley Claude Flynn and Katherine Johns (Brooks); his wife Darleen Flynn; his children, Christopher Flynn, Gregory Flynn and Sherry Flynn; his grandson Joshua Clements; and his siblings, Ralph Flynn, Vickie Flynn Cane and Judy Flynn.
He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Rosenburger of Brookville, IN and Terry Warwick (Dave) of New Castle; his stepson Edward T. Haymaker of Shirley; his grandchildren, Jason Clements, Elizabeth Robertson of Coleson Houston, D. J and Matthew Warwick; his close friend Wilma Massengale; and his siblings, Robin Asberry, Connie Flynn, Janet Davis, Floyd Flynn, Ricky Flynn, Nancy Southerland, Etta Watson and Harold Flynn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
