He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Lacy and Wilma Lacy Swindle (Crabtree); his stepfather Euless Swindle, Sr.; and his siblings, Mary Saruwatori, Elaine Petry and Euless Swindle, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Lacy; his children, George "Scott" Lacy (Jessica) of Eden, Mike Lacy (Kathy) of Indianapolis, Jeff Lacy (Michelle) of Muncie, Kevin Johnson of New Castle and Cherie Fike (Jeff) of Normal, IL; his grandchildren, Andy Salazar (Tony), Skylar Lacy, Nick Fike (Amanda), Reagan Lacy, Taylor Lacy and Hayley Lacy; his great grandchild Ivy Fike; and his siblings, William Lacy (Samarah) of Hawaii and Norma Ellison (Jim) of New Castle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
