Lee Blake Jr. (Deena), Robert Blake (Cindy) and Wally Blake (Angie); her grandchildren, Vanessa Bookmyer, Evan Carender, Mandy, Lindsey and Levi Blake; and her siblings, Charlie Brown (Sharon), Charlene Williams (Jim) and Sue O'Conner. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
