He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Gene Lacy and Evangeline Glidewell Lacy; his brother Jim Lacy; his brother-in-law Wayne Givens; his mother-in-law Nita McLaughlin; and his sister-in-law Mary Kay Lacy.
He is survived by: his wife Susie Foster of Chesterfield; his children, Jeff Lacy (Sheila Dabbs) of Spring Hill, TN and Jude Lacy Burke (Damon); his sister Geneva Bratcher of Knightstown; his stepsons, Aaron Foster of Anderson and Derek Foster; his stepgrandchildren, Alexus, Donovan and Jacqueline Foster of Puyallup, Washington; and his sister-in-law Donna Givens of Anderson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
