He was predeceased by: his father Dean A. Stoy; and his sisters, Cheryl Stoy and Jacqueline Carl. He is survived by: his mother Janice Stoy; and his siblings, Kelly Stoy (Carolyn), Eric Stoy and Janean Harter (Jim). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
