He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey Dean Powell, Sr. and Louise Powell (Stanger). He is survived by: his children, Shawna Powell Goble (Lohn) of Leo and Michael S. Powell, Jr. of Indianapolis; his girlfriend Carolyn Newman of Leo; and his siblings, A. Dean Powell, Jr. of Spencerville, Valorie K. Miller of Ft. Wayne and Marie E. Rothgeb (Michael) of Spencerville. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
