He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Collier and Lora Collier (Carroll); his wife Marilyn Delight Sills; his grandson Matthew R. Collier; and his sister Dian Collier.
He is survived by: his children, Kelly Hand (Darwin) of Leo, IN and David Collier (Dana) of St. Joe, IN. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren & 7 great grandchildren.
