He was predeceased by: his father Oscar Ignatius Pereira. He is survived by: his mother Palmira Rose Pereira (Canada) of Toronto; his wife Penny; his daughter Christina Dwyer (California) of Concord; his stepchildren, Nikki Tran, Tyler Leavitt (Susan) and Alexander Leavitt (Katie); his siblings, Jean D'Costa and Joseph Pereira; his nephew Steven D'Costa (Canada) of Toronto; and his caregivers, Stephanie and Mandy. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
