He is survived by: his father Robert K Melchi of Spencerville; his daughters, Tracy Melchi of Rayville, Louisiana and Amy Pruitt of Rayville, Louisiana; his grandchildren, Amber, Mary and Landon; his great grandchild Abigail; and also, Connie, David Yates of St. Joe, Dennis, Teresa Melchi of Angola, Cynthia, Wilbur Wickey of Spencerville, Charlene, Jeffery MorCombe of Goshen, Cheryl and Larry Kummer of Auburn. He is also survived by one brother and 4 sisters.
