He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Leeper and Bertha Freeburn (Keller); his stepfather Joe Freeburn; his brother John Leeper; his sisters-in-law, Velma Leeper and Judy Leeper; and his niece Tawnie Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy Leeper of St. Joe; his sons, Clint Leeper (Jodi) of Butler and Shane Leeper (Jamie) of Leo; his grandchildren, Cable, Chase, Paige, Tysen and Jillian Leeper; and his siblings, Tom Leeper of Ft. Wayne, Don Leeper (Brenda) of Ft. Wayne, Connie Montes (Frank) of Riverside, CA and Rose Dickerhoof (Dan) of Auburn.
