He was predeceased by: his parents, Olis Stoy and Hope Stoy; his daughters, Cheryl Stoy and Jacqueline Carl; and his sister Jane Ellen Oberlin.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Stoy; and his children, Nicholas Stoy, Kelly Stoy (Carolyn), Eric Stoy and Janean Harter (Jim). He is also survived by six grandchildren, 13, great-grandchildren, and several nieces, and nephews.
Memorial donations in Dean's honor may be directed to the Michael J. Fox Parkinson's Foundation, or the Northeast Allen County Fire Station #1.
