He is survived by: his fiancé Jamie Sullivan; his children, Donna Watkins, William Watkins and Megan Watkins; his siblings, Jim Watkins, Kevin Watkins, Richard Watkins and Melinda Ray; and his grandchildren, Alaya, Sharayah, Makayla, Kason, Chase, Christopher, Daniel and Savanna.
