He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Thomas and Phoebe Thomas (Ison). He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Lynn (Hylton); his daughters, Lisa Bood (Kevin) and Jennifer Roy (Alfred); his grandchildren, Matthew, Madeline Roy and Brandon Bood; his great grandchild Elijah Roy; and his sister Rosalee Soummers.
