He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Mann and Ida May Mann (Martin); and his siblings, Mary Bailey, Wanda Murray, Harvey Mann Jr. and Larry Mann.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Mann; his sons, Michael George Mann (Gaynell), Thomas Warren Mann Jr. and Anthony Stroder Mann; his siblings, Richard Mann and Carol Lewis; his grandchildren, Sarah Jane Mann, Jeffery Scott Mann, Kayla Marie Mann, Mallary Evan Mann, Lucas Mann and Jessica Mann; and his great grandchild Rilynn Hall. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
