He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Ciskowski and Irene Ciskowski (Talatzko); and his wife Nancy. He is survived by: his sons, David Ciskowski (Holly) of Indianapolis, Matthew Ciskowski (Eunice) of Fairfax, VA and Luke Ciskowski (Kathy) of Franklin; and his grandchildren, Jacob, Andrew, Isaiah, Abigail and Evelyn.
