With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roger Wayne Stewart of Spencer, Indiana, born in Bedford, Indiana, who passed away on October 5, 2021 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Maxwell Stewart and Mary Lou Stewart (Bowden); and his brothers-in-law, Larry Huff, Mike Perry and Steven Burks.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy J. Stewart (Franklin); his children, Jennifer L. Phelps, Roger "Deuce" Stewart and Andy Stewart (Gretchen); his grandchildren, Dylan Christenberry, Camrynne Phelps, Lauryn Phelps, Nathan Phelps, Jimmy Greenfield, Madison Stewart, Brandy Stewart, Ashley Stewart and Paisley Stewart; and his siblings, Leslie Huff, Nancy Burks, Theresa Perry (Bob Glaze) and David Stewart. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Donations may be made to the Sons of the American Legion, through the funeral home.
