He was predeceased by: his mothers, Marian Doyle Fulk and Minnie Fulk (Hoot); the mother of his children Shirley Ann Fulk (Hendricks); his son-in-law Morris L. Campbell; and his wife Sharon E. Fulk.
He is survived by: his daughter Teresa J. Campbell (Fulk) of Spencer; his granddaughter Haley R. Ferguson of West Lafayette; his great grandchildren, Ella and Drew Ferguson of West Lafayette; his grandson Nicholas "Nick" Campbell (Leah) of Carmel; his great grandchildren, Nora M. and Lillian G. Campbell of Carmel; his son Jeff K Fulk (Natalie) of Portland, TN; his granddaughter Airica M. Kemper (Joseph); his great grandchild Faith N. Kemper; his granddaughter Lydia J. Hunter (Matt); his great grandchildren, Elleigh of Portland, TN, Megan of Portland, TN and Whitney Hunter of Portland, TN; his brother Gary R. Fulk (Diana); and his niece Ashley A. Fulk of Kansas. He is also survived by his parents; wife.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Spencer United Methodist Church or Spencer Humane Society through the funeral home.
