He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Bailey and Lois Bailey (Price) of Bloomfield, Indiana.; and his sister Sue Crowe. He is survived by: his wife Josephine "Bonnie" Bailey; and his siblings, Jackie Bailey of Martinsville, Larry Bailey of South Carolina and Jane Sutherland of Dayton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
He fought a hard battle with Parkinson's.
