She was predeceased by: her father James Hiter; her sister Patricia Ann Fender; and her granddaughter Madi Kay. She is survived by: her mother Grace Hiter (Farris); her husband James C. Kay; her children, Amanda Grace Hunsicker (Michael), Samuel Adam McGuire, Megan Elizabeth Kay (Ryan Smith), Mercedes Beam (Kenneth) and Michael Shane Kay (LeAnn); her grandchildren, Castiel Hunsicker, Devin Beam, Jayden Beam, Lyla Beam, Emily Beam, Chloe Kay, Izabelle Kay, Peyton Smith, Colby Smith and Alllie Smith; her siblings, Delphine Fay Bowers (Donald Ray), James Calvin Smith (Karen), Linda Sue Query (Alan Wayne), Gary Alvin Hiter and Lilian Charlene Pendleton (Mark); and her brother-in-law Russel Eugene Fender. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
