He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Hodge and Linnie Hodge (Howard); and his siblings, James "Pete" Hodge, Lloyd Hodge, Charles Hodge (Tebo) and Thelma Wilfong.
He is survived by: his children, Jonella A. Moore of Spencer, John (Rhonda Hodge) of Spencer, Andy Hodge of Freedom, Mike Hodge of Dayton, Ed (Cathy Hodge) of Batesville and Pete (Teresa Hodge) of Spencer; his grandchildren, Amanda, Mark, Stephanie, Brandon, Jake, Joey, Ayrann, Alyssa, Melissa, Emma, Taylor and Jaime; his great grandchildren, Sofia, Easton, Addalee, Madison, Mason, Deklen and Bailey Jo; and his sibling Billie J. Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the I.U. Hospice House or the charity of ones choice.
