He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Owen and Rebecca Owen; his wife Sue Owen (Nicholson); his son John Aaron Owen; and his brother Terry Owen.
He is survived by: his children, Jacob Owen (Lindsey) of Cloverdale, Indiana and Lisa Eldridge (Ken) of Spencer; his daughter-in-law Candy Owen of Ellettsville, Indiana; his grandchildren, Addie Owen, Tori Owen, Ian Owen, Trista Ray (Tanner), Becca Owen, Noah Owen, Jordan Eldridge and Megan Post; his great grandchildren, Grayson Ray and Archer Ray; and his sisters, Sandy Taylor and Nellie Secrest.
Memorial contributions may be made in John's memory to the Lewy Body Dementia Association.
