With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jan J. Guthrie of Spencer, Indiana, born in Terre Haute, Indiana, who passed away on February 3, 2021 at the age of 86. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jan J. Guthrie to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Guthrie and Lillian Guthrie (McGrew); and his brother-in-law Kenneth Brown. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie E. Guthrie; his son Rayce Guthrie (Julee); his grandchildren, Chase Guthrie (Amanda) and Maclaren Guthrie-Larimer (Richard); his great grandchildren, Graycen, Reagan and Everly; and his sister Janice Brown of Las Vegas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
No memorial services will be held at this time due to Covid-19.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Jan's memory to the American Legion, 1800 W. 3rd Street, Bloomington, IN 47404.
