He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Patton and Wynell Patton (Franklin); and his brother John Patton. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia A. Patton (Eaker); his children, Audrey Patton, Heather Graham (Jason) and Steven Patton; and his sisters, Donna Patton, Debbie Gregory (Mark) and Bonnie Patton. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
