It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Millard Jarvis of Spencer, Indiana, born in Mitchell, Indiana, who passed away on June 25, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Madison and Mildred Angeline Jarvis (Horne); his daughter Lori Jean Jarvis; and his brother Charles William Jarvis. He is survived by: his children, James Michael Jarvis of Spence and Jennifer Michelle Jarvis of Salem; his grandchildren, Zack Ruppel (Sarah), Noah Ruppel (Rachel), Elijah Ruppel, Quinn Jarvis, Josh Fisher and Evan Embry; his great grandchildren, Evelyn James Ruppel and Alexia Elizabeth Edwards; and his siblings, Diana Jean Hobbs, Robert Gordon Jarvis, Mary Josephine Dausch and Patricia Marie Cazee. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
