With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Georgetta F LaFollette of Spencer, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 11, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Georgetta's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Georgetta has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Eubanks and Iona Eubanks (Ford); and her husband James LaFollette. She is survived by: her children, Louanne Shaffer (Robert Petrosky), Alan Summers (Cindy), Ronald Summers and Anthony Dirig (Marian Chau); and her brother Richard Eubanks (Donna). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the West & Parrish & Pedigo Funeral Home (105 N Montgomery St, Spencer, IN 47460). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
