He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Lucille Collenbaugh (Dyer) and Richard Collenbaugh. He is survived by: his sons, Gary Collenbaugh (Sue) and Terry Collenbaugh (Mariell); his grandchildren, Tasha Pate (Mark), Darrin Collenbaugh, Jeramia Collenbaugh (Jennifer), Jacob Collenbaugh (Julie), Sarah Collenbaugh and Tiarra Sue Collenbaugh; his great grandchildren, Jaxson, Mia, Keigon and Hazel Rose; and his sisters, Linda Fiscus and Mary Lou Fretz (Bob).
