He is survived by: his children, Lisa Johnson of Indianapolis, David Johnson of Indianapolis, Shawn Johnson of Spencer and Todd Johnson of Spencer; his grandchildren, Alannah, Raelynn, Kaitlyn, Miah, David and Trenton; his siblings, Leon Johnson, Mary Lazo, Kenneth Barlett and Debbie Rawlings; his sister-in-law Donna Johnson; and the mother of his children Debbie Johnson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
