With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Debra Carrico of Spencer, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 18, 2025 at the age of 70. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Debra Carrico to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Coulter and Shirley Coulter (Holt); her husband Kenny Carrico; her daughter Lisa Skaggs; and her brothers, Gregory Coulter, Richard Coulter and Jeffrey Coulter.
She is survived by: her son Eric Skaggs; her grandchildren, Logan, Kiana, Makayla, Rachelle, Tyler, Austin, Riley, Maddie, Hailey and Kylee; and her siblings, Teresa Fiscus (Jerry White) and Doug Coulter (Vicki). She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Welch & Cornett Funeral Home (23 S Jefferson St, Worthington, IN 47471). A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
