He was predeceased by: his stepfather Jerry Hendricks; and his grandfathers, Austin Sims (Louise), Mitchell Deckard and Wes Plitz. He is survived by: his parents, Susan Hendricks (Sims) and Mitchell Allen Deckard (Mary); his daughter Jadin Deckard; his sister Chrisy Hash (Gerry); and his grandmother Rose Plitz (Sally Knippenberg). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
