He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl W. "Bill" Allen and Phyllis Allen (Hedge). He is survived by: his wife Julie A. Allen (Rogstad) of Spencer, IN; his children, Kathryn Allen of Spencer, IN and William Allen (Elizabeth) of Camby, IN; his granddaughter Olivia of Camby, IN.; and his sister Carlena Jo "Jody" Davis of Frankfort, IN.
Memorial donations may be made to the Owen County Community Foundation in memory of David Allen.
