It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Fulk of Spencer, Indiana, who passed away on August 20, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Fulk and Viola Fulk (Burch); his siblings, Harry Fulk, Thomas Fulk, Donald Fulk, Carl Fulk, Patty Bowman and Mary Heaton; and his sister-in-law Karen Fulk.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Fulk of Spencer; his siblings, Jo Simpson (Gary) of Bedford and Willard "Ralph" Fulk of Spencer; and his sisters-in-law, Olive Fulk and Rosalie Fulk. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
