Barbara L. Spinks Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara L. Spinks of Spencer, Indiana, born in Sullivan, Indiana, who passed away on June 26, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert K. Woodard and Sarah Boyll Woodard (Lucile); her grandson Zachary Tucker; and her brother Ronald K. Woodard. She is survived by: her husband Michael Spinks; her daughters, Kathy Spinks (Don Lamm), Sherry Tucker (Dirk) and Michelle Watrin (Kevin); her grandchildren, Michael McHaley (Allie), Hogan McHaley, Lexi Yonkee (Cole), Jayden Watrin, Caylee Watrin, Nolan Watrin and Venecia Watrin; her siblings, Diane Dial (Richard), James Woodard (Shannon) and John Woodard (Nancy); and her sister-in-law Sheila Woodard.
